Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and between the District and Oakland Kids First, Oakland, CA, for the latter to reduce contractor expenses which had been allocated for agency staff providing driver education, weightlifting, and program assistant services so school can hire additional certificated staff to provide credit recovery classes in English, Government, and Science for students in the after school program at Castlemont High School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the reduced amount of $6,081.00, decreasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $206,173.00 to $200,092.00 and COVID Amendment thereto. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
