Title: Approval by the Board of Education of an Agreement for Inspector of Record ("IOR") Services for Construction to Anthonio, Inc.*, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Inspector of Record Services during construction including daily reports, punch list and Division of the State Architect (DSA) close-out reports needed for the Sankofa Elementary School Portable Classroom Project, in the amount of $18,800.00, which includes a contingency fee of $5,000.00, as the selected IOR, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said IOR with work scheduled to commence on March 26, 2020, and scheduled to last until December 31, 2021 pursuant to the Contract. ___ The IOR was selected through an RFP process. Competitive bidding was not required because price cost is less than $95,200.00 and the Agreement is for specially trained services.
