Approval by the Board of Education of General Services Agreement between District and Jensen Hughes, Concord, CA, for the latter to provide third party peer consultant services to design and construction teams; review fire and intrusion construction documents to check compliance to applicate codes and District's design standards; submit written comments and back check responses by design engineer; attend pre-design and cable pre-pull meetings; witness preliminary and final testing and provide written reports until all deficiencies are cleared and all work ("Services") is performed, described in the December 2, 2019 proposal attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A, for the Sankofa Elementary School New Portable Classroom Fire and Intrusion Alarm System Project, in the amount of $14,500.00, which includes a contingency fee of $2,000.00, as the selected consultant, with work scheduled to commence on January 23, 2020, and scheduled to last through June 30, 2021, and authorizing...
