Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Civic Productions LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to work as a planner and coordinator between school and local property and business owners; in collaboration with school leadership and school teaching staff, to arrange times and event spaces for students to publicly display their work; assist teachers and board members by giving guidance and feedback on student work and academy-related topics to help better plan for future events and promote student at Oakland High School, for the period of August 12, 2019 through May 21, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $2,500.00.
