Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Lincoln, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide: mental health services, student counseling, teacher consultation, behavioral interventions, whole school support and crisis support, specifically as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Fruitvale Elementary School, for the period of August 12, 2019 through June 30, 2020 in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
