Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and School Specialty Children's Publishing, Greenville, WI, for the latter to provide two trainings on the buy-back day, one training will be to ensure any new teachers or teachers who missed the trainings in the fall, and the other training will hone in on deficits identified by teachers through feedback from teachers and observations; provide two days of trainings where they will go to multiple school sites to observe and provide feedback to improving training; facilitate training to select teacher and central office leaders to become "trainers of trainers" in order to further support the district; and loop back and consult with individual teachers that require reteaching, or guided individual support, for the period of October 1, 2019 through August 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $68,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $132,000.00 to $200,000.00, vi...
