Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide three mentors to serve as Recess Coaches to students creating positive and equitable play experiences during recess, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Lincoln Elementary School, for the period of August 19, 2019 through May 29, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $32,602.50.
