Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Rachel-Anne Palacios, Oakland, CA, for the latter to serve as resident artist to support teachers and students in the visual arts, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Bella Vista Elementary School, for the period of November 1, 2019 through June 1, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
