Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Tommy Chang, Villa Park, CA, for the latter provide support for strategic planning by: 1) Reviewing various plans and artifacts; 2) Refining metrics and communication strategies to drive work in District and the community; 3) Publish an updated Strategic Plan by the end of SY 2019-20; 4) Support Deputy Chief of Communications with the development of Communications Plan for 2019-20 that includes key theme messages for the year. (Begin with LCAP metrics- e.g., improving on disproportionality, central kitchen project, grad rates, attendance, etc.); and 5) Provide direct support to Superintendent and senior leadership (to include Chief Academic Officer, Chief Systems & Services Officer, Deputy Chief Talent, Chief of Staff and Superintendent), by providing delineated tasks, described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Office of the Chief of S...
