Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Attitudinal Healing Connection (AHC), Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter support the creation of a makerspace that includes carpentry, visual arts, design, and other maker materials, with programming over-site by AHC, with students being able to use artistic design and architectural skills learned through the process to design and create an outdoor space for scheduled events such as: farm to table community events, art showcases, urban environmental science, and culinary arts programming at Ralph J. Bunche Academy, for the period of October 1, 2019 through May 30, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $20,100.00.
