Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to perform a variety of highly difficult, technical duties requiring excellent communication skills; utilize specialized knowledge and independent judgment involving frequent and responsible public contact; plan, organize and coordinate a program for providing case management services to students in various career vocational education or other education programs at Oakland International High School, for the period of November 1, 2019 through October 30, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $65,022.00.
