Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide an Academic Mentor to provide underserved and underperforming students with academic support, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Ralph J. Bunche Academy, for the period of September 1, 2019 through May 30, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $31,259.00.
