Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services Greater Than $92,600 between the District and Lowe Consulting Group, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to support the District in maintaining harmonious labor relations with all contractors and union affiliates, as described, and assist District along with Local Business Utilization consultant to support the Project Labor Agreement, as described, in conjunction with the Division of Facilities Planning & Management Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing July 1, 2019 and concluding no later than June 30, 2020, in an amount not-to exceed $180,000.00.
