Approval by the Board of Education of Purchase Agreement, pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 20118, between District and Office Depot, Inc., pursuant to finding, hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, that it is in the best interest of the District to utilize the Newport Mesa USD Bid #104-18 for Office & School Supplies and Equipment awarded to Office Depot Incorporated, with an expiration date of March 27, 2021, for the purchase of District office and school supplies and equipment, for the term June 26, 2019 through March 27, 2021, at a cost not to exceed $1,560,000.00 annually.
