Approval by the Board of Education of Purchase Agreement, pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 20118, between District and CDW Government LLC (CDW-G), pursuant to finding, hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, that it is in the best interest of the District to utilize the Monterey County Office of Education (MCOE)/CalSAVE Bid No. 527683 Technology Catalog Bid 2016, awarded to CDW-Government LLC, with an expiration of December 31, 2019, for District purchase of computer supplies and related technology products, for the term May 23, 2019 through December 31, 2019, at a cost not to exceed $1,100,000.00.
