Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Theresa Phelan, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide parent outreach and engagement by communicating with parents about events and services happening for students and families; serve as a liaison and a parent spokesperson with school administration; manage and update electronic communication and media about Edna Brewer Middle School including Facebook page, school website and Edna Brewer Blast and support and manage large fundraising and diverse, like the Edna Brewer Auction, at Edna Brewer Middle School, for the period of January 15, 2019 through May 31, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $2,500.00.
