Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Hatchuel Tabernik and Associates, Inc, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide District with: 1) Identification of potential grants from state, federal and private sources; 2) Grant planning; 3) Full-service grant writing; 4) Quality assurance to ensure highest possible grant scoring; 5) Project management to ensure timelines, collaborative components and workplan completed; and 6) Packaging and submitting final grant applications, via Office of the Chief of Staff, for the period of April 8, 2019 through June 30, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $55,000.00.
