Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Paul Ackah, Alameda, CA, for the latter to provide morning physical fitness through the use of Traditional West African Dance from Ghana, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Piedmont Avenue Elementary School, for the period of December 4, 2018 through May 30, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $8,000.00.
