Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Glenview Elementary School Students Transportation Agreement between the District and Michael's Transportation Service, Inc., Vallejo, CA, for the latter to provide and maintain up to three buses and personnel to transport Glenview Elementary School students back and forth to the temporary Santa Fe site for one additional year, extending the term from May 11, 2016 through June 30, 2019 to June 30, 2020, in the additional amount not to exceed $405,000.00 in final year (2019-2020), increasing the Agreement cumulative not to exceed amount from $2,086,240.00 to $2,491,240.00, via the Transportation and Logistics Department. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement, except as modified by Amendments, remain in full force and effect.
