Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Seeds of Awareness, Inc., Petaluma, CA, for the latter to provide two (2) counselors who will be a ASW, MFT intern, or MFT Trainee, or PsyD Student, for a total of 15-20 hours per week to provide Tier 3 Intensive Support: Individual counseling and intensive behavioral support to high-risk students; reach: 1-5 % of students; and Tier 2: Targeted Intervention: Group counseling, social skills facilitation, individual counseling support offered to students with moderate needs, containing 3-5 students over an 8-week cycle, as described in the Scope of Work, at Garfield Elementary School, for the period of August 13, 2018 through May 31, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $7,500.00.
