Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Cindy Cristal Gonzalez, Castro Valley, CA, for the latter to work with an additional ten students (28-30 students total), beginning March 1, for an additional three days per week (total of five days per week) until the end of May, 2019 to reduce referral and suspension incidents; observe, plan, monitor, and evaluate student actions required to support students' ability to remain in the classroom and in school, in the additional amount of $5,000.00 increasing the not to exceed amount of the Contract from 6,500.00 to $11,500.00, at Alliance Academy, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of January 7, 2019 through May 31, 2019.
