Title: Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services Greater Than $92,600 between the District and Layas Partnership, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide project management services to complete projects started under initial contract and additional tasks that may be required: Havenscourt Science lab (close-out); Castlemont Athletic Field, track, bleachers, restrooms, gym bleachers & lights (design), on-going monitoring at LaEscuelita according to the Department of Toxic Substances Control and on-going maintenance of the District's Design Guideline & Material Standards, in conjunction with the Division of Facilities Planning & Management Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing July 1, 2019 and concluding no later than June 30, 2020, in an amount not-to exceed $208,320.00.
