Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Teri Smith, Oakland, CA, for the latter, who is a licensed marriage and family therapist, to provide recruitment, training and oversight of 6 bilingual counseling interns providing 60 individual students weekly therapy sessions and the running of some weekly group therapy sessions; and attend weekly Coordination of Services Team (COST) meetings to review caseloads and make additional referrals for services, at Oakland International High School, for the period of October 25, 2018 through December 21, 2018, in an amount not to exceed $5,500.00.
