Title: Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services Less Than $92,600 between the District and Ninyo & Moore, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide and perform two soil gas mitigation system monitoring events each quarter of 2019 which will include all soil gas probe and vent riser standards; prepare soil gas mitigation reports following the 2nd & 4th quarter 2019 system monitoring events, in conjunction with the LaEscuelita Educational Center Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set fourth, commencing March 14, 2019 and concluding no later than December 31, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $65,000.00.
