Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Emily Vincent, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide small group instruction, 1:1 instruction, educational learning games, creative and expository language skills, oral and written vocabulary development, oral language communication (including basic and higher thinking), and other skills as deemed necessary, for pupils and development of Instructional objectives for each instructional cycle in the Title I oral and communication groups in consultation with Title I coordinator, at St. Elizabeth School, via the Office of State and Federal Programs, for the period of January 7, 2019 through June 11, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $14,880.00.
