Approval by the Board of Education of a Construction Contract Greater than $90,200, between the District and FloWater, Inc., Denver, CO, for the latter to provide labor and installation services of Hydration Stations, includes wall mounting and supplies for 85 FloWater Refill stations, in conjunction with the Buildings & Grounds Department Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing December 13, 2018 and concluding no later than May 1, 2019, in an amount not-to-exceed $353,919.00.
