Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services Less Than $87,700 between the District and Anthonio, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional hire of a 1 Class Inspector-of-record mandated by DSA due to the complexity of inspecting a seismic retrofit issue, in conjunction with the Laurel Elementary School Finishing Kitchen Addition Project, and extending Agreement term from May 11, 2017 through December 31, 2018 to December 31, 2019, in an additional amount of $13,200.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $79,200.00 to $92,400.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
