Ratification by the Board of Education of Service Order Form Addition to Master Subscription Agreement between the District and Zendesk, Inc., San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide hosting, maintenance and upgrades of the Zendesk platform and related customer support to the Technology Services, Talent, Enrollment and Transportation Departments, as described in Service Order Form, incorporated herein by reference a though fully set forth, via the Technology Services Department, for the period of October 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $10,106.56.
