Ratification by the Board of Education of Addendum No. 2, 2017 Service Agreement between District and Clever, Inc., San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide schools both data integration and single sign-on functionality, making it easier for schools to choose, deploy and control software applications made available by developers that are used by teachers and students including mobile applications, pursuant to Cleaver Goals Dashboard, and increasing the participating schools from five to twenty-five, with the additional school sites gaining raw data at no additional cost, at a cost not to exceed $22,354.00, via the Technology Services Department, for the term August 1, 2018 through July 31, 2019.
