Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between District and La Clinica De La Raza, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide new or additional, medical health, dental health, mental health, health education and/or youth development needs, via its Youth Hearth Health Center, as described, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, to Cleveland, Franklin and Lincoln Elementary Schools, Life Academy, Community Day School, Fruitvale Elementary and Manzanita Elementary Schools, for the term July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2019, at no cost to the District. All other terms and conditions of the MOU, approved June 29, 2016, (Legislative File No. 16-1622, Enactment No. 16-1259) remain in full force and effect.
