Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Consultant Agreement Greater Than $90,200 between the District and Applied Materials & Engineering, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide the District with inspection and testing laboratory services for soils compaction, reinforced concrete, structural steel, precast panels, steel stairs, high strength bolts and anchor tests, in conjunction with the Madison Park Academy Expansion Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by references as though fully set forth, commencing September 13, 2018, and concluding no later than August 31, 2019, in an amount not-to-exceed $180,698.50.
