Approval by the Board of Education to Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services Less Than $90,200, between the District and Johnson Controls Fire Protection, LP, Livermore, CA, for the latter to replace the existing Simplex 4020 Control Unit and 4002 with new 4100ES; relocate New 4100 ES to office area (on wall to right of entrance to Principal's office), provide program and labor for new panel, as required, to maintain existing sequence, in conjunction with the Howard Elementary School Fire Alarm Panel Replacement Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing August 9, 2018 and concluding no later than December 27, 2018, in an amount not-to-exceed $62,965.00.
