Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Literacy Lab, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide one additional workshop series for kindergarten readiness of children ranging from 0-5 years, for the community play group, Pre-K, TK, and Kindergarten families, as further described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Summer Pre-K Program, at Garfield Elementary School, for the term November 8, 2017 through June 30, 2018, in an additional amount not to exceed $3000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $2000,00 to $5000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
