Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 5, Architectural Agreement between the District and Byrens Kim Design Works, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide IT design standards and value engineering in updating the new District fire alarm design standards at Madison Park Academy Expansion Project, and extending Agreement term from March 12, 2014 through March 12, 2018 to May 8, 2019, for performance of services specified in the Scope of Work, in an additional amount of $222,766.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $2,243,710.00 to $2,466,470.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
