Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Mills College, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Mills Teacher Scholars to focus on support of two schools - Lincoln Elementary and Bret Harte Middle School - in building the following key areas: teachers' capacity to make student social, emotional and academic thinking visible; teachers' capacity to engage in effective adult learning relationships that are safe, honest, and promote deep listening; and, teachers' coaching and leadership skills that will grow and sustain high-quality collaboration across grade levels/departments, for the period of November 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018, in the additional amount of $25,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $45,525.00 to $70,525.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
