Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Consultant Agreement Greater Than $90,200 between the District and Johnson Control Fire Protection LP, Livermore, CA, for the latter to provide installation supervision of the installing contractor for Increments 1, 2 and 3 fire alarm upgrade, in conjunction with the Fremont High School New Construction Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing March 29, 2018 and concluding no later than December 31, 2020, in an amount not-to exceed $121,344.00.
