Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to manage and lead the development, in partnership with the Site Administrator, of a seamless system of support services for, students and families; facilitate and/or provide technical assistance to the various school leadership teams, including School Site Council, Coordination of Services Team (COST), Student Success Team, and site--based providers; develop, manage, and oversee the implementation of an effective referral process including facilitating the Coordination of Services Team (COST) and a host of similarly related services, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Martin Luther King Jr Elementary School, for the term August 21, 2017 through June 7, 2018, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
