Approval by the Board of Education for Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and D Mendoza Consulting, Alameda, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 812.50 hours to serve as a critical bridge between stakeholders, including Probation Department staff, District and Alameda County Office Education (ACOE), Alternative Education Schools, Office of Children and Youth, other Measure Z funded Case Management Agencies, members of the Open Youth Violence Prevention Collaborative and the Oakland Unite Evaluator, and provide other services, as delineated in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the additional amount of $32,500.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $7,000.00 to $39,500.00, and extending the term from August 1, 2017 to September 30, 2017 to June 7, 2018, via the High School Network. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
