Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and SPARK Girl Empowerment, Inc., Concord, CA, for the latter to provide a 16-week curriculum focused on topics including: self-esteem, social skills building, emotional coping/stress management, goal development and progress monitoring, career exploration, peer influence, bullying, and middle school transition; and other services/tasks as stated in the Scope of Service, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth for RISE Elementary School and New Highland Academy girls, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of January 1, 2018 through June 30, 2018, in an amount not to exceed $2,000.00.
