Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Contractor Agreement Greater than $88,300 between the District and Anthonio, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide inspections of records for Close-out of facilities projects at various school sites, in conjunction with the Facilities Planning and Management Department, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing December 14, 2017 and concluding no later than December 31, 2018, in an amount not-to exceed $125,730.00.
