Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and The Teaching Well, Sonoma, CA, for the latter to provide Teachers Wellness Professional Development, Nutrition Professional Development, Mindful Mentoring and Research and Data, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Community United Elementary School, for the term August 14, 2017 through June 11, 2018, in an amount not to exceed $22,500.00.
