Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Blackboard Inc., dba Schoolwires, Washington, DC, for the latter, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference, to provide up to four web site development training sessions for school and department staff on adding content to school websites and department sections, respectively, via the Communications Department, for the term July 1, 2017 through December 29, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $6,000.00.
