Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Darien Dabner, Santa Clara, CA, for the latter to provide support services including program evaluation, strategy development, logistical support, professional development for District staff and facilitation, in 2017-18 academic year, as the Office of Organizational Effectiveness and Culture, provides District-wide leadership development and systemic Values implementation, described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the term September 15, 2017 through June 29, 2018, in an amount not to exceed $125,000.00.
