Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and the Alameda County Health Care Services Agency, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to provide matching funds to cover partial costs for eight full-time Clinical Case Managers providing services at Claremont, Alliance/Elmhurst, Edna Brewer, Madison Park Academy, Roosevelt, United for Success Academy, and Westlake Middle Schools and Skyline High School, for the period of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in the amount of $160,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $1,035,000.00 to $1,195,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
