Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and The Forum for Youth Investment, Washington, DC, for the latter to provide YPQA basics training to new after school site coordinators and agency directors; provide a foundational understanding of the youth development quality standards; facilitate the more extensive YPQA External Assessors training to selected, experienced program leaders, which will enable participants to be officially certified as a PQA External Assessor, so that they can conduct site visits at District after school program sites and produce validated assessments of program quality which is critical in building Oakland's capacity to sustain continuous quality improvement work, via the After School Programs Office of the Community Schools and Students Services Department, for the period of March 1, 2017 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $29,652.00.
