Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Morgan Shidler Consulting, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide up to 78 additional hours of project management support to the Expanded Learning Office for the After School Teacher Pipeline Project: develop communications materials and conduct outreach to recruit after school staff into teacher pipeline and/or District sub-pool; coordinate planning sessions between Expanded Learning Office and Talent Development Division to develop Year 2 of the After School Teacher Pipeline project and develop joint staff recruitment efforts to fill District and after school staff vacancies; provide ongoing communication and support to initial cohorts of after school staff in the teacher pipeline and to prospective applicants, for the period of May 1, 2017 through August 31, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $3,120.00.
