Title: Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Achievement Network (ANet), Boston, MA, the latter will conduct a site-specific review process to fully understand each school's strengths and needs; using observations, school document analysis, and focus groups, build context in each school's beliefs and practices, connected to the following areas: prioritization, schedule, dedicated leadership, culture of continuous learning, and standards-based instruction; work alongside each school team to develop an arc of activities and trainings that address the challenges present at each school Site; support schools in setting foundations building a strong data culture while leveraging vendor's expertise and ability to assert thought-leadership throughout the process, via the Office of Continuous School Improvement, for the term May 15, 2017 through July 1, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00.
