Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Moira De Nike, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 80 hours of service, as a TUPE 6-12 Consultant, evaluating and providing support for the prevention, reduction and elimination of tobacco and marijuana use with health education strategies designed to support school sites in efforts to improve attendance rates, reducing dropout rates and truancy in support of college going culture, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the term December 3, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in an additional amount of $10,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $6,000.00 to $16,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
