Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Professional Services Contract between the District and Tara Umemoto, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide technical assistance to lead wellness champion tracking and evaluation systems, create materials and tools to support wellness champions and wellness in schools, manage Bike Blender calendar and resources, attend Wellness Council and other meetings, as needed, and support Safe Routes to School Grant focus area, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of August 8, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in the amount of $5,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $30,000.00 to $35,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
