Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 , Professional Services Contract between the District and Mills College Oakland Education Cabinet (OEC), Oakland, CA, for the latter to plan and facilitate 32 hours of inquiry work with lead Mills Teacher Scholars facilitator and support facilitators to accommodate group size; deliver quarterly site-based or online individual coaching to teacher scholars; introduce and utilize digital tools to support student data sharing and document inquiry; meet monthly with key partners to analyze results of collaboration and plan; provide 1 optional inquiry session at Mills College Synthesize teachers' key understanding of student learning needs and teacher instructional shifts to improve practice in Summary of Progress in June; provide Social Emotional Learning team with participant survey evaluation data; engage teacher scholar leaders in three 4-hour Teacher Leader Network sessions to develop adult coaching skills; meet monthly with Social Emotional Learning Team to analyze results of collaboration and refine goals; and two sessions of the Principal Inquiry Network, in the amount of $10,500.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $10,500.00 to $21,000.00, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of January 2, 2017 through June 15, 2017. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
